** New Player Registration form available in "Handouts". Download, fill out and bring with you to sign ups. Note that we will not be accepting old forms from previous seasons. **
You must bring a copy of the player's birth certificate for age verification. If the player participated in the 2008 Spring or Winter season, a birth certificate is not required.
A late fee of $20 will apply to all registrations received after the last sign up on January 3, 2009.
Due to expected increase of registrations for the upcoming season, a waiting list will be initiated once divisions are full - this does not guarantee placement on a team. Note that divisions may fill up before the last sign up date. Please plan ahead to sign up on time.

Note that tryouts are scheduled for Saturday, January 10, 2009 at Santana Park.

The city's Parks and Recreational department updates this hotline for all field conditions. For games during the week, the best time to call the hotline is after 3:00 p.m. for that day's field availability.
